About the report
VISION - The vision elements are the result of two types of public input: Visioning sessions and the work of the steering committee to focus and refine the public input.
ASSETS - The assets were identified through nine public sessions. Online surveys were used as well. The input from these sources was compared to quantitative county data to distill the unique Livingston County assets that could be used to create the strategic plan.
STRATEGIES - The action strategies are the result of public input sessions and based on the assets and vision elements identified at previous workshops.
CLUSTERS - Economic analysis identified industrial and occupational clusters in which the community has assets that can be leveraged to create sustainable growth.
